Mildew and mold are commonly seen between shower tiles breeding quickly in the perpetually wet and humid atmosphere. The molds on the grouts keep on growing if not cleaned properly every time you take a shower. Combine the water and baking soda into a thick paste and paint it on all moldy spots. Mold in shower grout is a common problem.

Improper ventilation is a leading cause of mold growth. Tile grout however is where mold is most often found. In addition to the moisture from the shower head shower grout can also begin growing mold if the bathroom itself has a high humidity. High humidity combined with porous grout is a perfect habitat for mold.

Spray the paste with vinegar and scrub until the mold is gone. Fill the spray bottle with vinegar. Rinse and dry the tile and grout. Wet the shower scrub with a tile cleaner to remove caked dirt and soap stains.

To remove the black stains that mold leaves on non porous surfaces like grout mix equal parts of bleach and water in a spray bottle and spray it over the stained area allowing it to sit for. Black mold or stachybotrys loves moisture rich areas. Mold on the grout is basically caused due to a bacterium that grows in the bathroom. Whether part of a kitchen backsplash or bathroom detail tiles usually see a ton of moisture.

This will also loosen the mold in the tiles. Make sure the scrubber gets deep inside the grout to remove the mold that is embedded deep in the cracks.
